The facilities were good. The Hotel is 10-12 mins from the Metro. Breakfast is good, it’s a buffet and if you want scrambled eggs or bacon or sausages… you have to order it and they bring it to you.

The staff welcomed us with a smile and the check in was fast and smooth. They allowed early check-in at a fee of Euro 20. Our kid was gifted a small teddy at the time of check in which brought a big smile on her face. The room and washroom are both of good size. Kettle and other amenities were provided. The bus stop is outside the hotel and the metro station is at a distance of 650 MTRS. Fast Wifi and a Big Television

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always willing to go out of their way to help with anything. The breakfasts are also good. Rooms are really nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable.

I liked the location of the hotel, bus station is just outside the hotel and main train station (Madrid Chamartin) is also a 15min walk away.

Despite the location being a bit far from the center, there was very good public transport and could reach any destination fairly quick.
