Lovely clean hotel! Good house keeping, beds and pillows supper comfortable. Was nice and quiet at night. Rooms nice and warm. No kettle in rooms- we brought our own. Breakfast was ok, small selection but perfectly fresh. Location very good. Little bit of noise from outside of hotel but not to bad. Hotel is a very good standard.

Very central hotel. Just a few minutes walk to the shopping streets and metro. The 2 gentlemen on reception were fantastic. Gave ye a map and pointed everything out. And the place to see for everyone. Tourists food lovers and shoppers.

One of the fewest hotels, if not the only one, where the room looked better in reality than in the pictures. Beautiful, large room, excellent facilities for a disabled guest in wheelchair, quiet room.

The location is great, just 30 seconds to Gran Via and 2 minutes walking to metro station. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are confortable and clean. The breakfast was good Great value for money. I recomand!
