The ar conditioner wasn't working. I called to reception and they say that theres no ar conditioner in that room.

Regular Ibis hotel. Reliable and cozy. Close to the metro station, good selection of food at the breakfast, basic offering at dinner (nothing fancy... I even suspect the pizza being frozen pizza and cooked on the spot). Friendly staff, a bit difficult with speaking english, but overall they managed. The room was big enough for two persons with one big suitcase. Bathroom is basic, good water pressure and clean enough. Ventilation system worked really well and no noise was heard from neighbours. Beds are super comfy. Around the hotel there are quite a lot of restaurants, so if the food offering at the hotel is not fine for you, you can definetely find something else (I actually recommend La Taruka | Restaurante peruano en Suanzes, 5 minutes walking distance and the food was absolutely delicious)

The personnel was very welcoming. The breakfast delicious and of many selections to choose from. We very much appreciated that on my son’s birthday, he received this special cake and we sang “Happy birthday” to him. The hotel is very close to the metro station, which comes quite handy. The surrounding area is nice.

I had a very pleasant stay. The two receptionists, Jennifer and Nikka were very friendly and helpful. They showed a great level of customer service, which added to my positive exprience here. I would stay here again.

Great location, fantastic staff, lovely breakfast. Cannot fault our stay at all! Rooms are basic but got all we needed. Beds are comfortable. Bar is open 24h. I truly recommend this hotel for a family city breaks! Thank you to the staff who was so lovely!

Breakfast was amazing! Rooms and general areas were very clean. Especially the personal is very helpful, positive and friendly. It is very close to metro station
