Just as Expected So, I recently stayed at the Ibis Budget Madrid Centro Las Ventas, and it was... well, pretty much what I expected from an Ibis Budget. It wasn't anything fancy, but it did the job. The room was basic but clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. Everything was in working order, no complaints there. The location was actually pretty handy – close to the metro and buses, so getting around was a breeze. Plus, there were tons of shops and restaurants nearby, which was super convenient. The staff were fine, did their thing without any fuss. Overall, it was a perfectly okay stay. If you're looking for a no-frills, budget-friendly option in Madrid, it's a decent choice. Just don't expect to be blown away.

Very close to the metro station El Carmen. It is a quiet and clean area. The rooms are small but clean and tidy. The breakfast offers varried options(coffee exists but it is not really good). Overall, is good price, considering the accomodation prices in Madrid.

A fantastic little find, close to the metro, 'el carmen', connivence store around the corner. A basic, clean and friendly place to stay. Couldn't ask for more, didn't have to ask for more.

The location it's amazing, you can be at the metro station after 3 minutes walking. Rooms are clean, and the breakfast offered it's fair compared to the price that you pay.

- It's IBIS budget hotel so it exactly delivers on its promise - good price/quality ratio - Location is good, just next to the metro stop which takes you around Madrid - Lots of restaurants around, Carrefour and shops, post office around the corner - It's on the edge of paid parking zone, so 5-10 minutes away from hotel you've free parking but to find the spot is very tough. I've left the car for 2h (max stay) in green zone and was overdue 10min and saw already a municipal workers checking my car for the time overdue... - Breakfast is simple but good for the money, and it's till 10:30 or 11:30 on weekends - Staff was really nice and helpful with all requests we've had
