We loved the staff at Reception! Very friendly and willing to help. The mattress and pillows were heavenly comfortable. The location was a bit far from the city center, however it was close to Atocha train station and had many city buses running. The nearby metro station was a 4-5min walk from the hotel (Puente de Vallecas stop, Line 1) and it takes you directly to central metro stops, such as: Atocha, Sol, Gran Vía. There are restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, and a 24/7 Carrefour supermarket around the hotel.

Nice hotel and good value for money. But the construction works started at 6am and went on until check out time at 12pm.

clean, simple but good enough for one night stay. relatively cheap compared to other properties, and location also convenient. 24h supermarket close by. staff are nice, explaining patiently to me how to get to airport.
