Great location. Large comfortable room. Free refilled mini bar everyday, with pop, juice, water and beer. There was a pillow menu. Free candy in lobby. Very comfortable beds and good quality linens.

Very friendly and helpful staff Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows Unlike many hotels currently the bathroom did not have glass walls and so gave appropriate privacy. Central location for tourists to walk to places of interest

Good location with some excellent tapas bars, Sherry bars & restaurants very close as well as many options in the centre. Only 5 mins walk to the Prado and 15 mins to centre of the main shopping area. Great underground car park and staff were very kind and helpful.

Clean with nice rooms. Good location for visitor attractions and an variety of good eating. And drinking places (everywhere walkable). Breakfast was also very good. Staff friendly and helpful, especially the front desk.
