The location and the facilities were just perfect, the breakfast was high quality, the receptionist also provided me with a list of nice restaurants nearby which helped me to get a great food experience. Highly recommend staying there!

Sofia at reception was very polite and friendly. We had an upgrade of the room for free. Sofia showed and told us everything. The breakfast was very tasty

Best location as a hub to visit Madrids various areas. Room with the view of Hermes Building was amazing. Glad we took the room upgrade offer. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Room aircon works well for hot days, breakfast was awesome with great selection of fruits, coffee, and hot food with local Spanish themes. Reception were kind to organise a breakfast pack for our early morning flight checkout.

The Hotel was in a great location for visiting the different museums and we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to see. The staff were fabulous and helped us with any questions we had for them.

Everything was great. Nice, clean and modern room. Very comfortable bed and soft pillows. Great choice for breakfast. Staff is very friendly and professional. Location is top notch. It’s our second time in this hotel and we will be coming back again.

Location, friendly staff and jacuzzi on the terrace (room we booked). The food from the next door restaurant was good and has 10% discount. The breakfast is exceptional with a wide range of items in the buffet.
