The Hotel Puerta America offers exclusive and avant-garde design, by world-famous architects including Norman Foster, Jean Nouvel and Zaha Hadid.
Each floor of the Hotel Puerta America was created by a different international architect. Rooms have 1 queen-size or 2 twin beds, and flat-screen smart TVs with Chromecast audiovisual streaming device.
The hotel restaurant serves modern versions of traditional Spanish food. There is also a terrace and garden, and a top-floor bar with incredible views of Madrid.
Located on Avenida de América Avenue, the Puerta America is just a 5-minute walk from the exclusive Salamanca neighbourhood, and Paseo de la Castellana and Bernabéu Football Stadium are both about 30 minutes walk away.
Cartagena Metro Station is just 200 metres from the hotel.

Deluxe Rooms feature 10 different designs and are set between the second and eleventh floors. They have large windows with panoramic city views, free Wi-Fi and you can control the lighting and open and close the windows by remote control. There is a TV and a safe.

Junior Suite with Executive Lounge Access - enter dates to see room photos

This suite has windows with panoramic city views, 2 flat-screen TVs, a safe and free WiFi. Junior Suite also includes - A VIP service - Chopard toiletries - mineral water - Guests have access to an executive lounge on the 5th floor that includes snacks, office supplies and high speed internet.

Space Club by Zaha Hadid - enter dates to see room photos

Located on the first floor, this striking room has been designed by the architect Zaha Hadid. They feature science-fiction-inspired décor, which combines Baroque, Modernist and minimalist elements. These rooms are set on a non-smoking floor and only double beds are available.

Executive Suite with Executive Lounge Access - enter dates to see room photos

Designed by the French architect Jean Nouvel, these luxurious suites boast large floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Madrid’s skyline. They feature mobile screens that allow you to design your own space distribution within the suite. Guests staying in these suites receive a VIP treatment and Chopard toiletries. Guests have access to an executive lounge on the 5th floor that includes snacks, office supplies and high speed internet.

Brilliant location beside metro. Very clean and well maintained. Rooms very spacious and modern. Good choice at breakfast. Lovely outdoor area.

Location out of town slightly but metro station 2 minutes walk We were there for New Year so nice to be away from the mayhem of the city centre when you wanted Hotel has a nice atmosphere staff helpful

The room was big and with a beautiful view. The staff was also very kind and as a non-spanish speaker I truely appreciated the fact that everyone spoke english! The hotel is also well located, 5 minutes walking-distance from the metro!

The room we stayed in was a junior suite with ample space and great views of the city. (see photos from the room) Breakfast was served at a reasonable time and was very well maintained with plenty of choices. We also had access to an executive lounge throughout the day for the odd snack or drinks that were provided foc.

The design of the hotel is unusual. The view from the window is beautiful. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. The room itself where breakfast is held is cozy.

The hotel is very interesting and we had fun going to different floors looking at the different interiors. The staffs are all kind, both reception and dining. And they gave us free parking :) The food at breakfast was really good. There’s tons of different options. The restaurants, especially “The observatory” has amazing menu and service was good. The room is very spacious and clean and they gave us all the necessary toiletries. Overall, we had a great stay.

Everything. Comfy bed , great room. Staff were very very helpful and friendly. They arranged taxis for us. The bell boy greeted us at the entrance and gave us some bottled water. Everywhere was clean. Good breakfast selection. The tube station is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel
