Clean bright hotel in good location for T4 Madrid Airport. Free shuttle bus to airport too! Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms.s were bright and spacious. Bathroom was large with both shower cubicle and bath tub. Location had shops and selection of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Giant rooms that feel so luxurious after staying in tiny rooms across Europe. The location is wonderful, you can walk to the local mall or take the metro directly into town. Free shuttle to the airport. It’s the second time I’ve stayed here and I came back because of the location and room size.

This is a very nice airport hotel with a good shuttle service. The suite we had was modern and well-equipped. We had a good dinner and breakfast in the onsite restaurant and there were several others a short walk away. In spite of being close to the airport we did not hear any aircraft noise. The staff were excellent.

Clean, comfort with excellent service as airport shuttle, breakfast, Tee at the room and any request was answered immediately. Train station nearby so easy to spend the few hrs till flight in the city. We missed the last shuttle and send WhatsApp to the hotel - they send us a shuttle immediately which was very convenient. Bed was very comfort.

Arrived late from airport- check in very efficient and staff friendly. Had meal in restaurant- very enjoyable. Breakfast very good. Airport shuttle was a great addition. Room was clean and comfortable. All staff were very welcoming
