The bed was super comfortable. The room was very spacious. I didn’t hear any noises from the street. The staff during checkout was super helpful. The location was amazing!!! Complementary water was a nice gesture

Absolutely 💯 lovely place to stay in central Madrid and a short walk to the Plaza de Oriente, the Royal Palace, the Cathedral, museums, and so much more. We stayed with them during the Christmas week, and we were so treated with goodies. A must return!

In order of experience: Proximity to metro station. They accepted check-in upon our early arrival (~1.30pm). Family room was warm, spacious, and welcoming. Kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Water bottle was offered in the minibar in the room. Great location, walking distance to main attractions in the city center, and with view to the Plaza de España. Very good breakfast buffet, open till 11am on weekend, and accommodated our request for fried eggs that were not available in the buffet options.
