The location of the hotel is perfect, in the Gran Via Street. The breakfast was really good. The room was really specious and the views from there were amazing.

The location was excellent, situated on the busy Gran Via, and close to many attractions. Despite being in the centre of the city, we were not disturbed by noise. Generally the beds were comfortable and all members of our group slept well.

Excellent location on the Gran Via, very close to Plaza Espana metro station that make it very easy to reach MAD airport (about 40min commute). The staff is lovely Very rich breakfast, full of traditional spanish food (Jamon, churros, etc.), pastries, yogurt and juices. Plenty of gluten free options

Breakfast was great!! Location was perfect (very close to Metro). Room size was also perfect, and staff was always very friendly and helpful with anything needed.

The hotel was perfectly located, at the entrance to the Grand Via. Its near a metro and bus stops too.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful we couldn’t stay for breakfast and they offered us picnic breakfast that was ready for us at 6am they went above and beyond.
