Location - right at a big junction with metro and bus stops a few steps away. Staff were helpful, could store the luggage post checkout. Basically a no nonsense hotel with basic rooms at a good location. Good for just night stay.

Good and convenient hotel nearby the subway station (4 km from the Gran Via). The room was cozy, kind and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast.

The staff were excellent and helpful. We had a problem on arrival in that the room allocated to us smelled of smoke although a non smoking room, but we were upgraded immediately to a smoke free room that was perfect. Parking was charged at 18€ per day, but alongside the hotel in a covered and gated area which was easy to find initially and had good access.
