Great location with comfortable bed and excellent shower. The walls were quite thin so could hear noise from adjacent rooms. Breakfast was good.

Ideal place for visiting Madrid: city centre, all famous places are in walking distance, shopping mall in front of hotel, huge amount of cafes and restaurants around

Pity not enough wardrobe space especially for wintry clothes. Un usual for breakfast area to be flight of stairs up that makes it not easily accessible. Otherwise excellent.

Fantastic location right in the centre, metro, shops, bars and restaurants. We booked the rooms with a balcony which overlooks the square, these have been renovated and modernised. The balcony has shutters and double doors plus roller blind so really quiet and comfortable. Big shower, very powerful and clean although drain lid was loose and kept moving but just a quick fix.

The location of this hotel is amazing. It's right in the centre of Madrid, Close to some of the main plazas, the cathedral and the Sol trian station.
