1) There must always be a toilet brush in the bathroom, no exceptions. 2) The soundproofing is really bad. You constantly get woken up by people entering/exiting their rooms, because everything from the corridor can be heard very clearly. 3) There must ALWAYS be a toilet brush in the bathroom.

Hotel located at Chamartín station, with easy access to transportation to move around Madrid. Very clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds. Cheap parking (for Madrid, that is, as long as you pre-pay your stay) located 2 blocks from it. Gracious and accommodating staff.
