It was a perfect Hotel for our overnight stay before catching a long distance train out of Madrid. An older hotel but clean very comfortable, easy, convenient and with helpful front desk person. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too.

Location: Very well communicated by tube and 5 minute walk from central bus station Plaza de Castilla. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful, especially the man who assisted us, 10/10 customer service! The room is clean, basic. The location was good for us as close to charmartin train station and we walked to the Bernabeu stadium.
