Location was amazing. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. Room had a small balcony looking out over the square which we weren’t expecting.

Great Location for a great price with cozy clean rooms, a lift and good wifi. The sweet staff was amazing. Struggling with English but speaking the same emotions.

Nice place in the centre of Madrid, very near to the beautiful Plaza Mayor, to Puerta del Sol, Gran via etcc... Lots of coffee shops in Plaza de Santa Cruz, where you can have your breakfast.

The location was well located approximately a minutes walk from the plaza mayor. The room was clean and quiet at night. Staff attended within a few minutes when we arrived and also when one of our room keys stopped working. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Whilst room is very basic, this Hostal is in a very good location for access to metro and for walking to attractions and restaurants
