Very good location in the city centre. Everything was very close. The lovely ladies at reception were helpful and very friendly. Coffee available for everyone. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable, however I am a tall person so bed might be a bit longer. TV and good internet connection.

Lovely and quiet, perfect location! Free coffee and snacks was an added bonus. Staff were lovely and friendly and I felt totally safe here.

Very good hotel for a night or two at the center of Madrid. Nice small rooms, helpful staff even though she didn't speak much English. Good value for money compared to the options

1st. of All Mycket bra kundservice från Alexandra. So Alexandra the Great. Only L💞VE for her. I have visited more than 52 countries but never seen the room and service like this. Different rooms has different colors and thats why it's name is Santa Ana Color. I just surprised about their service. I didn't think any Hotel or Hostel provides Milk, Yogurt, Juice and Coffee free for all Guast. It's totally free of cost. This is a Hostel but room and service is much better than a Five Star Hotel. Tottaly clean and shiny Room with their service. Just love it. Wish we will come and stay again. But sure, I will recommend to others. 💞💕💗💓💖
