The location was fabulous- right in Plaza Sol, such easy access to metro line 1, which links to both railway stations, and in the heart of beautiful Madrid. The room was fine - a washbasin, tall windows onto the central well, and a comfortable bed. The staff provided an extra pillow on request- no problem. Bathrooms were shared, but there were quite a few and we never had to wait.

It is very well located at Puerta del Sol. Spacious, for 5 people. Clean and tidy. Although it didn't have AC, it was fresh inside. The building has an elevator to carry luggage easily. It was really ok for 1 night. It is basic and simple. A fridge is always sthg good to have and a kettle to heat water.

I liked the lady who served me, and also the cleanliness, comfort, and the antiquity of the building, which is very well maintained. It has wi-fi, hot water, and a sink in the room, which surprised me.

The location was ideal. Hostal was very clean and comfortable. Hostal is on the top floor. There is an elevator in the building.
