Really great location - lots of good bars and food nearby as well as museo del prado, atocha station and great metro connections, very very clean, lovely hosts - their English is limited but this makes them no less accommodating and checking in was a smooth process, all the facilities you could need and lovely spacious room, for the price you really couldn’t ask for more, there is a lift and it’s easy to find despite what other reviews say, the rooms feel secure and safe and we even had a balcony! The bed was very comfy but would note the walls are thin and it is a busy road outside so if you are a light sleeper it may not be ideal for you but we had no issues :) Motteau Pasteleria is a wonderful sit-in bakery just a couple of minutes walk away we would also highly recommend, the perfect breakfast companion to your stay here

Large room with newly fitted bathroom. Comfy bed with good linen and towels. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area. Takeaway coffee and pastries in shop next door and convenience store a couple of doors up. Don't be put off by the entrance as the rooms are much nicer.

Good location: walking distance to all central attractions and to Atocha train station. Metro, a lot of little shops around. The place is clean, the bed is OK, cold/hot water present. It would be good to have a kettle in the room, but the hosts kindly provided me with the thermos with hot water. Everything was good.

Excellent location! Public transit is just a couple of minutes walk away. A lot of Restaurants near by. very convenient. The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. We had a great time in the city of Madrid!

Excellent location, close to some of the main sights in Madrid...El Parado, Retiro Park, Plaza Santa Ana, Atoche Train Station plus many places to eat and drink as well as a big supermarket almost opposite. The rooms are very simple but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Rooms at the front are facing a main road and can be noisy...I'm a light sleeper and used earplugs, but did sleep. If you are a light sleeper ask for a room at the back. Reception is on the 1st floor and the accommodation is on the 2nd floor. There is a lift although I didn't use it.The rooms are spotlessly clean. Given the very good price, this is excellent value for money.
