Location was brilliant , right in heart if tapas heaven Staff we met were really friendly and helpful and we were made to feel welcome

The hotel is located very centrally, a couple of minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol and the metro interchange, and a short walk from the attractions in central Madrid, with the whole city centre being easily walkable from the hotel if not taking the metro option. There are countless restaurants and bars nearby and a choice of local supermarkets. The hotel is clean and check-in was friendly. Compared to all other comparable options the price was excellent.

It’s not a expensive place to stay so you don’t expect a lot. The staff was very polite. The rooms were clean always even though they were old and they look old there is no view of course of the city.

This little hotel is an absolute 10 out of 10 for me. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Decent size and clean room that faced an internal court, so no outside noise at night. I was quite worried about the noise before I saw the room. Comfy bed and good working airco. Location is right in the centre. It's a 2-minute walk to Sol metro station. Can't wait to come back here!
