Location near a big park, 2 minutes away from metro station, many stores, restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was cozy and clean and staff was super nice.

Location is good, 5 min walk to Retiro park. We arrived around 11 am, check-in after 2pm, but room was ready and we had earlier check-in. Thank you so much!

Location was great with a bus stop right outside and metro nearby as well. Supermarket right across the street and El Retiro Park 2 minutes away. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. Friendly staff. The check out time was 12 which is later than most places I've been which was nice.

The location is great! It is a quiet neighborhood. Right near a really beautiful garden, closed to two metro stations and to some nice restaurants.

Suitably located on the 5th floor (accessible by lift) of a building and 2 blocks away from the Parque del Retiro, this accommodation is midway between a hotel and a hostel. No breakfast is given, but a communal refrigerator and electric kettle are available for guests and, since reception is not always staffed, they give you the room/front and hallway doors keys for complete freedom. Rooms are decently sized, provided with window, wardrobe and desk/chair. Bathroom is also comfortable and well lit. They offer towel change every 3 days, but the room housekeeping included fresh towels the next day. Both Sol and Gran Via metro stations are only 10-minute ride, and most importantly for those taking flights, a stop of the express bus to/from the airport is just 500-600 metres away.
