Great location. Good to spend a weekend. The room and bathroom are small but clean and enought for a few days.

It was a well presented room with a small fridge. The beds were comfortable and there was everything we needed. The location is very good with lots of shops along the street and a short walk from many good restaurants and places to visit.

The central location to the centre: about 5 mins' walk to Puerta del Sol a bustling square. The helpful and friendly receptionists but services end at 6pm. The colourful & cheerful reception/ entrance to the hotel which is on the first floor. There are 4 other hostals in the block! Being on the first floor helps when the lift breaks down. It happened when we checked out. The receptionist took our luggage down the stairs to the ground floor! The hotel is clean: well done, housekeeping!

Good value. Good central location which was surprisingly quiet when in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. The air con worked well.
