Excellent location in the city center, very close to metro. Palacio Real is just 2 minutes walking, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol and other points of interest are also very closed to Hostal Oriente. Spacious rooms, very comfortable and very clean. We really enjoyed our staying there.

Central location. Always clean and well looked after , staff are friendly never had any issues and have stayed here multiple times , feel comfortable and safe . Always sleep well. Nice modern rooms , good bathrooms . Like the smart tvs too.

The hotel was in a great location, central to everything. Rooms were small but perfect for a couple, lovely bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at this place for 6 nights and I am very satisfied. The room was small, but with a private shower and toilet. The room was located on the side of the yard, quiet, very clean. It had everything you need - including a safe, hair dryer and ironing board. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The location is fantastic, next to the Opera, near the Royal Palace, within walking distance you can also reach the Prado Museum. They didn't offer breakfast but there is a cafe right next door with delicious coffee and pastries open from 7.30am. Opera metro station is 50 meters away, from which you can reach anywhere in the city. Very good value for money, would love to come back again.

2 minutes walk to metro, 5 minutes walk to Palace, Plaza, local market, attractions, a lot of restaurants around. Friendly staff, clean room. Fruit provided.
