Excellent location and quiet rooms. But the place is a bit worne down. The room and linnen was clean, but the coffeemaker was dirty.

We loved the location right in centre next to shops few minutes walk from gran via. We liked the size of bed was comfortable. Nice fridge to keep drinks cold.

Reception was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and functioned well. It was very quiet and peaceful, Well-situated near shops, wide variety of eating places and within walking distance of most places we wanted to visit. Very good value for money.

Pros The one member of staff we saw was very friendly and helpful, you couldn't have a better staff member who speaks both Spanish and English. Communication was good, check in and check out was easy. There are 2 doors to enter before you get the reception, both with keypads which will be given to you prior to landing. Then there is a key to get to your door which helped assured us our luggage was safe inside the property as the room doesn't come with a safe. Location was fantastic, within walking distance of attractions and within walking distance to the nearest train. The accomodation is fine & comfortable for a few days, it is a small room with bed, chairs table, a small functional bathroom. There is air con in the room to cool off and a fridge is provided for water/food, also a basic TV is in the room if you require one. WI-FI works, i was able to stream video & audio on demand content in the evening just fine. In brief, you get the basics & essentials in a great location.

It's a small hotel in the city centre of Madrid. I would say that the location is just perfect. The room is small, don't have great expectations, but at least is quiet and we could rest without hearing the noisy street.

Although the room is quite basic it was exceptionally clean which is so important. Also it is in a fabulous location and very reasonably priced so it really is excellent value for money.
