I thought the room was exceptionally good value for money. I appreciated the desk staff and the hard working cleaners. Although the room was small it was as I expected. The location of the hotel is excellent. There is a very friendly coffee bar just across the road, selling good coffee and pastries at a reasonable price. No breakfast at the Lisboa but that wasn't a problem. I found the bed extremely comfortable and slept well. Not too much road noise into our room.

Perfect location, very clean apartments. Comfortable bed, not too noisy. Only minus that there were no clothes iron and no blowdryer. The room was cleaned everyday. Check-in and check-out very easy. Very good coffee place just in front of the hostel.

Great location for exploring the main areas of Madrid. Hotel was clean and safe, the facilities matched the cost of the stay - its 3 stars but a very good 3 stars (it suited the groups needs well). Loads of good restaurants and bars nearby and a great coffee shop directly opposite.
