The place is simple but very clean and comfortable. Modern decoration. Amazing location. Good hot shower with great water pressure. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. They even give free bottle of water per person every day. Value for money!!

The front desk lady is amazing! Kind, thoughtful and professional. One of the best check in experiences I've ever had. I know it sounds weird, but go there and meet this lady and you'll see what I mean how she's thinking ahead about everything, is quick with the process and very kind.

Hostal Lauria is a spotlessly clean, friendly hotel. It is in an excellent location on Gran Via. Inna and the staff are fantastic, they are so friendly and are willing to help you in any way.

Perfect central location for a couple of days exploring Madrid. Clean, friendly staff and comfortable, quiet room. Some night sensor lighting that work on the stairs would be my only suggestion.

Everything was very clean. The location is right in the center, very close to the main tourist spots. Were were pleased with the compliment from the hotel. + clear instructions were provided on how to get to the hotel by metro/taxi.
