The staff were amazing. Helpful during a passport emergency and friendly. The location was very central and in the old quarter. Easy walking to shops, restaurants and sightseeing

Nice room in style with beautiful view on the square Santa Cruz. Great location 10-15min walk to most attractive sightseeing locations.

The location was fantastic and was easily accessible by public transport from the airport (metro then 1 stop on train). The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was a decent size and had a good wardrobe and desk.

Location was excellent, and the staff were amazing. They were so helpful, informative, and friendly. Extremely clean bathroom, towels and bedding. View from the room was lovely.
