Looks can be deceiving. Outside building is quite shabby and the lift up to the 7th floor is small (ok for 2 with suitcases) but the room was excellent, big shower, plenty of space and very clean and tidy. Lovely balcony and not too noisy considering you’re in Madrid. Geraldo the manager was very helpful and the place is safe and secure. Easy walking to the Prado and queen Sofia gallery. Highly recommended.

Lovely, clean, light room with a nice bathroom. Great location near Madrid Atocha train station and the metro line directly to Madrid Chamartin station. Friendly receptionist.

My room was very clean and comfortable. I was expecting bugs because of some of the reviews, but didn’t see one bug. Gerardo was very professional, efficient and helpful.

It has a very nice location, close to Atocha. The room was nice and clean. It was simple but it had everything we needed. I can recommend it. The staff was amazing. He was very helpful and explained everything.
