The property is centrally located. It’s walking distance to Plaza Mayor and Plaza del Sol. The bed is very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

the staff was very very supportive and very hospitable. location is great, walking distance to the main spots, attractions. lots of shops and restaurants around. the room had a rare window, that was a bit problematic for us, but staff had offered a better room, problem solved.

Stayed here by myself in mid-October (travelling for a conference; stayed 5 nights). The location of this hotel is great as it is very central and you can walk everywhere. 🚇 Metro options are also available nearby 👍🏻 My room was big with a double bed, a big wardrobe, air conditioning, and private bathroom with a shower. I had a fridge too, and the hotel staff provided me with an iron when I asked. I had breakfast included in the fee and I was happy with the food selection (you get the same selection every morning). My window was facing the inner courtyard so there was no noise from the street at all 👌🏻 Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. The price was also decent compared to some other hotels I’ve seen in Madrid that don’t necessarily provide breakfast but charge >£200 a night! I can recommend this hotel. Also, for clarity, it is NOT a hostel - the name was confusing when I saw it first 😂 but it is definitely not a hostel, it’s a hotel.

The reception’s staff is extremely kind and helpful. Moreover the rooms : for us a double, was ok and the bed very comfortable and the bathroom had all that you need. Then it is located in a very central position, near to Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. On the other side is near to Parco del Bueno Ritiro , Museo del Prado and Museo Reina Sofia and also to metro station.
