The fine print
Please note that air conditioning is available only from the 1st of June and until the 30th of September.Heating is available from the 1st of November and until the 1st of April.The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person’s ID and credit card.Please note that on December 22nd , 2022 and on January 2nd 2023 we do not have a luggage storage service.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The location right off the Puerta del Sol, right in the centre of everything, is just fabulous. The rooms are large, unpretentious but comfortable and clean.

If you're looking for somewhere basic and clean to rest your head at night, in a central location but you're not worried about fancy facilities - this is a great option. This is within walking distance of many of the places you'll want to visit...or really close to the Sol metro station if you want to use the underground.
