The host was exceptionally good and accommodating. She allowed us early check in which was very helpful. We had travelled overnight in a bus and early check in helped us to use our day better. She also gave us ample information about touristic places around and how to navigate them.

After a bit of a rocky start I had a lovely stay at Hostal Avenida. The hostal was in a very central location so very easy to get to cafes and restaurants. I was able to use the hop on/ off bus nearby which was very convenient. Even though I was in a very busy location( centre city area) I had a wonderful sleep. My room was a good size and the bathroom and shower were excellent. I was given good advice about getting the metro to the airport the next day which was very useful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

we stayed in a room with a covered balkony overlooking Gran Via.it was very enjoyable.also, the location was perfect, there was 24-hour security in the building deserves more than two stars

Place is central and 200 yards from metro, receptionist is very welcoming and professional, cleaning services every morning until 12 noon, Would highly recommend it...

Its not a fancy hotel, but it has, an elevator and air condition. the location is excelent, in La Gran Via, very near the Metro! Shops, and food everywear! Walking distance to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace etc. Friendly and helpfull staf!
