One of the best things about this place was the location as it has easy transport access as well as all its walkable around all main sightseeings. The hosts were great, very sweet and kind people, always happy to help

The location is the most positive thing of this place. Also, the price of the place is quite reasonable for what we've got. The owner allows us to have an early check-in which is really needed since we had to visit many places on that day.

The location was great, directly in Madrid Centro, Room was very good clean and comfortable bed and matress. Everything was set as expexted, the place was clean as well.

Hostal Alonso is the best option to stay in Madrid for 2 or 3 days. In spite of the fact that the building is quite old, inside is really good. The beds are amazing and the staff is super friendly.

The location was ideal—smack in the middle of the busy centre. However, this also placed you in the centre of all the noise and activities of the markets. I would not suggest it if you are planning to get some rest. Although the facilities were clean, they are old and could use some maintenance.

The location was great and central but that's why it is a little noisy at night. The room was small but clean. They keep our luggage and let us use the WC when we come back for our luggage. The host was so hospitable and helpful.
