Perfect location, there were many cafes, bars and restaurants just outside the door and every famous spot in Madrid is in walking distance. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The bed and the pillows were clean.

The man at the reception was handsome and gentlemanly, and everything about the hotel was great. The room is small but very tidy. The location is exceptional, close to everything. Recommendable hotel!

Lovely staff, super clean, beautiful smell as you enter- always.. in a very busy central location.. comfy beds ( except the pillows).. can’t fault anything except our room. There are nice rooms with a street view and i just wish we had one of those or at least i wish there are photos or something about rooms such as the one we were in.
