The staff were fantastic. Helpful, friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, and nice products in the bathrooms.

I picked this hotel as my son had booked stadium tour at Real Madrid (Santiago Bernabau) which is 5 mins walking distance. There is a metro stop on site too which we used. The staff were very helpful and they advised me to upgrade for a small add on (€15 per night) and it was well worth it. The room was fabulous, and the bathroom was massive with walk in shower. There was a sitting area and desk in the room which my son loved and plenty space to move around. The breakfast was good too, the layout of the hotel with books all around, added to the gorgeous decor. Will definitely be staying here again.

The large room was nicely decorated, confortable bed and pillow. WC was spaceous with a strong water shower. Walking distance from cloth brand stores. Price is good for the location. Taxi at the door.

The hotel was lovely the rooms were very nice and had everything we needed you only need to pack clothes , the beds were very comfortable and the curtains were completely black out and the breakfast had everything you could imagine so worth it
