The establishment is very clean, it is a great value for the price, the location is AMAZING it is right in the city center and we could stop in for multiple breaks. The staff is welcoming and you feel extremely safe. It was a basic room set up but a great value for the money. I brought my 1.5 year old son and they were extremely accommodating. They even had lots of toys for him to borrow. You can hear the life of the city so to speak due to the amazing location but we quite enjoyed looking out onto the plaza in this way.

Fantastic location, in the central of Madrid and close to all amenities Read some reviews about the street noise, but to me it was quite ok, had good sleep when I was staying there, room size is good too, super value for money

The location first of all reminded me of Oxford St. in London. Very central. Located in a lovely old building. The staff were fantastic, very pleasant and helpful. I arrived very early from the airport and they accommodated that without issue. Room was small but it was what i paid for and expected. It was spotless.. The shower was very powerful which i loved. For the location, I had zero issue with noise when I had the window closed. It was exceptional value for money. For a budget accommodation and value for money..What a find. I would definitely go back and will recommend to anyone travelling to Madrid.
