Spacious and clean. Was winter when we visited so it was important that the temperature of the shower was consistent and water pressure was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Location was great.

This is not a hotel but more like apartment with reception area. Situated right next to the Callao metro station, and in the centre of many activities. The room facilities are generally adequate.
