Excellent hotel. Staff friendly, close to major sites, beds super comfortable, room small but comfortable and quiet, the HVAC worked (!) and drinks in the lobby were very good.

We loved absolutely everything. The hotel is beautiful and spotless. The staff gets an 11 on 10 for making you feel welcomed and many little special touches that remind you that you are not in an average luxury hotel. The hotel is also wonderfully located within walking distance to so many things. We absolutely loved everything about this hotel, and we can't wait to go back. Highly recommend it.

Service is amazing - the room decor and design is very pleasing to the eye and has a calm ambiance - the mattress is excellent and the bathroom wonderful. The staff were friendly and they spoilt us with cake for my husbands birthday. The bar area is beautiful for cocktails.

The staff are the crème of hospitality, so friendly but professional. Beautiful old property restored and decorated with contemporary flair. We had a very quiet room facing inner courtyard . The linens are top quality and the mattress so comfortable it was hard to motivate getting up 😀. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Housekeeping day and night was exceptional and everything was precise and beautifully presented . The location was super , close to parks , shopping , restaurants and palace, so easy to get around.

Personal is super frendly and helpful. Everyone, beginning from the Front Desk with amazing Alina till the housekeeping were incredibly nice- and made us feel like home. First time in my experience nobody insisted on cheking out strictly on time. I should separately mention the consierge Nuria- because of her we discovered amazing places in Madrid. Rooms are clean, fresh and pleasant to stay.
