Location of the hotel is good. It’s near metro stations and puerta de sol. The service is worth recommending. When we needed hot water, the cafe on the ground floor offered us not only hot water but also a kettle and cups for us to make tea.

Hotel is at excellent location, you can walk all Madrid from it. It has nice sized rooms, good beds, good choice for breakfast and overall very friendly and helpful stuff.
