Location is good. Both building and apartment are new and very well kept. Good amenities and details of leaving coffee, tea and even detergents for washing machine and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is good

The apartment sent me everything on WhatsApp to allow me into the reception. Unfortunately I had no Internet at the airport and missed the message. We arrived and they let us in. Best place to stay. So close to everything and great churros and coffee downstairs and around the corner. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed in the apartment 3B located on the 3rd floor. It’s been fully equipped with everything, had two showers, a generous fridge, amazing kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. All apartments are located within walking distance of everything such Carrefour supermarket, Primark, Zara and many others. The only con was the street noise throughout the night, coming from the workers collecting the bins in the middle of the night, as to which the balconies doors failed to isolate, so don’t expect soundproof doors. The owner definitely has to work on installing noise cancellation doors for the future guests. To us, it seemed that people from Madrid are disrespectful towards others at night by making too much noise with the police failing to keep the streets quiet when it needs be. All in all, the location is spot on but prepared to get less decent night sleep due to the street noise that does not stop until the morning hours.
