The staff were very nice and helpful with whatever I needed and the room was amazing, very spacious and comfortable. I also liked the hotel was very close to the central areas, Plaza de España and Gran Via.

The room is very clean. The staff at the front desk are very helpful, kind and always smiling. Also the cleaning lady is very friendly and cleans very well. I highly recommend this hotel. The area is near the metro, very nice location close to everything. We only walk going to gran via, sol. Etc. In general, everything is perfect!!!!

Clean, friendly, safe, great parking, helpful staff. Walking distance from the centre of the city. 24 hour reception. Wifi. Good air conditioning. Free coffee. Quiet. Motorcyle friendly.

Place was clean staff were friendly and assist you well.the bed was so comfortable my daughters wont want to leave their beds. Very near to centro you have all restaurants grocery near it. Definitely will come back to this place again
