Definitely the location is a plus, and the metro station is in front, which is very convenient, the offer also buffet breakfast

Everything. The stuff is great. Room as well, everything is clear. They are chaning the sheets and towels, the bathroom is clear and big. Heating is good as well. The overall experience is great, so you can relax and injoy your stay

Very good place just next to the metro station. The room bright, spacious, very comfortable bed. I don't remember much, so it didn't rub me wrong way. no memory means no bad memory.

We had come to Madrid for my daughter's birthday and stayed at Exe, as we did last year. When I asked for a small surprise via email, you replied that you do not offer such a service. However, when we entered the room, we were greeted with your note and cake. My daughter was very happy on her 16th birthday. Thank you very much for your thoughtful gesture and kindness. Be sure to include breakfast with your stays. The hotel was next to the metro. We reached everywhere very easily.
