Staff were great. Location is great, very close to the Moncloa interchange and an easy walk to the Museo de América. There is a metro stop right outside the hotel, so Sol (line 3), Plaza de España (line 3), Aeropuerto (line 6 & 8) are all easy to reach. Lots of local places to eat nearby too, plus McDonald's and Taco Bell if you really have to ;)

Comfortable bed with a warm and hospitable room, bathroom was very clean and lovely. Drinks and snacks provided in the mini fridge was a lovely addition too!

The location is great if you are not a big fan of the noisy downtown but at the same time you'd like to walk to the hotel if needed. It took me around 10-15 minute walk to get to the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are perfect, the personnel is polite and professional, you have everything you might need in the room. All my special requests were taken into account, the communication was smooth. Moreover, I got a room upgrade for free as there were some better rooms available the days I stayed. I would definitely stay there again when I am back to Madrid.

Liked the size and comfort of the room and bathroom, and the coffee making facilities in the room. Opposite the metro station for convenient travel into the city and airport. Friendy and helpful staff.
