Excellent location and large room and comfortable, also include a smaill kitchen. Breakfast was excellent and beside the hotel.

Very central, perfect location, close to main Gran Via to all shops and to Palacio Real and Almudena cathedral. The room had all facilities and very clean. Very good buffet breakfast.

I couldn’t believe myself. After my checking out next day I forgot to take my precious Rolex watch out which I handed on my bed. The night before. Eventually I went back to hotel and spoke with security at the hotel . They were very kind and helpful to walk me back to my camera ,we did the search and there it was my Rolex watch. Thank you very much for your great service and honesty my Regards frank arcil from Swiss

A perfect location—close to various sightseeing spots, the metro, stores, and restaurants. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The air conditioning unit is quite old but worked very well—cooled the room quickly.

Location is very satisfactory. It is located on Pl Espana where you can both reach attractions on foot or by metro. The room is large enough. It has kitchen equipment as well so that we could cook. Markets and other shopping placed are also close. Breakfast was also fine with fresh and hot drink choices. I strongly recommend.
