The location is very good, quiet with bars and restaurants a short walk away. The suites are clean, comfortable and it is very convenient to have a small kitchenette as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We have stayed here a number of times, and will do so again next time we are in Madrid.

I guess it's not a popular location for tourists, but the town is very quiet and we can walk to three metro stations within a 10-minute walk, without transfer from those stations to downtown, Atocha Station, and the airport without a transfer. There are many supermarkets nearby, which is very useful for this hotel with a kitchen. The room is not new but clean and large. Above all, the staff is so friendly. We could stay nice because of them. Thanks a lot !!

We booked here because it was close to Bernabeu stadium and we’d hoped to get tickets to a Real Madrid game but we were pleasantly surprised by how great the location was. Fab cafes & restaurants near by and less than 15 min walk to Metro stations that got us everywhere we wanted to go. The room was so clean and spacious and bed was so comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

A good hotel in a nice quite place of the City. Many cosy cafes and restaurants just nearby. The metro not toi far and from there to every place in the city and to the airport.
