The apartments have a reception on the ground floor which is a real bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful, we arrived very early in the day off a long flight and got into the apartment straight from the airport, the staff were very helpful to accommodate an early check-in! That definitely made our day! A lot of sights are walkable, Prado is about 30 minutes at a casual pace, and plenty of restaurants and mini-markets in the area. Access is easy, the apartment was well furnished, comfortable and clean.

This hotel is located in a very good place, roughly 10mins walk away from many main attractions. The balcony was really good, coupled with a great and well prepared kitchen. The staff was really friendly as well, and they took care of our needs promptly. Overall a really good stay for a family of 3-5 and would stay here again!

Location is perfect. Close to gran via street and by the underground station of Noviciado. The apartment is spacious with two bathrooms. The living and kitchen area is very spacious. Access and arrangements are very easy to follow. Bathrooms are spacious and well equipped.
