Located in the heart of Madrid, Emperador is set next to Madrid’s Gran Vía. This elegant hotel offers a seasonal rooftop swimming pool and terrace with fantastic city views.

The location, perfect forr theatre land/shopping/Metro access. Most of the staff multi lingual and all very helpful and courteous

Location. Location. Location is the main reason I loved this hotel. Breakfast was excellent as well, which is very important to us. The beds are excellent, comfortable, and warm, which is important after a long day of walking. Stuff is nice and polite.

The room was very spacious and the breakfast excellent. The hotel is on Gran Via next to metro stop Santo Domingo. The center of the city is only a few minutes walk. If you want to go to another city of Spain, like Toledo, just to let you know that you need to prebook the train ticket from the day before.

Well this hotel deserves 5 stars at least.. best position on Gran Via , close to everything( Plaza Mayor, center, Royal Palace, Malasana ), full of history, very nice and helpful staff and delicious breakfast. The room was big, comfy bed, great view. We totally recomend it! ☆☆☆☆☆
