Location excellent, metro stop less than 1 minute walk. 20 minute walk into Grand Via. Apartment was brilliant for our needs, spacious and had a balcony. Will stay here again.

Very practical and well equipped. Very good location, quiet and elegant but only 2 metro stops away from the busy night life. Very helpful staff.

The location is excellent. We just slept there, so we did not use any of the facilities like the kitchen, washing machine, etc. It looked alright.

Quiet. Really nice residential neighbourhood with many restaurants, supermarkets and amenities. 2 Metro stations close by. Still walkable into central Madrid (20 minutes-ish).
