I had an amazing experience during my stay! The location was perfect, situated close to key attractions and very convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The view from the room was stunning—waking up to it each morning was such a treat! Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special shoutout to Paula, who went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. She was incredibly helpful in recommending the best sightseeing spots and local food locations. Her tips truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service!

The hotel is in a good location, close to many popular tourist spots and a metro station outside the door. The rooftop bar was very popular mid afternoon although we didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t heated. There is a kettle and fridge in the room and bathrobes and slippers which are nice little extras.

Amazing room with comfortable bed, high-quality sheets, spacious. The view was amazing to the Plaza. Clean, good toiletries, in the heart of Grand Via with a metro station in front of the hotel. Best stay ever in Spain. The staff was terrific, very polite, and always there to help you. The hotel has luggage storage if your flight leaves later, so you can enjoy your last day without handling your luggage.
