The hotel's café is open from 07:30 until 00:00.The restaurant is open as follows:Lunch: 13:30 - 15:30
Dinner: 20:00 - 22:30.When booking 5 rooms or more, special policies apply, the payment is not refundable. Payment will be taken at any time after booking is received.We inform to all of our guests that the pool will be available on June 1st.

The hotel staff were fabulous. All very naturally friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and with very comfortable beds. Nespresso machine in the rooms is always a great idea too! The lift system was perfect as we never waited for too long. The breakfast was excellent - with a good choice and the best idea was offering it until 11am. Also the location was great for us, just outside the centre but near enough to walk to Retiro Park & botanical gardens. The airport transfer took only 20minutes and the Atocha train station only 10 mins by taxi was perfect too.

Fabulous hotel, immaculately clean and well looked after. The staff were super friendly, efficient and very helpful, we wouldn’t hesitate in staying at the Claridge again. The location is great as it’s so near to the metro and there are plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need.

The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the interiors are elegant. The staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. The location is also great..

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They organised a take away breakfast as I was leaving early. The room was spacious and comfortable. Coffee maker appreciated.

nice hotel, comfotable clean spacious and good design. Breakfast was nice. the retiro park is walking distance. didnt get to enjoy the terrace and the swimming pool but would be nice in summer.
