Superb location - within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, public transit and some attractions (Iglesia de San Antonio de los Alemanes is a hidden gem that is a 10 minute walk away). The soundproofed window/door was excellent at cutting the nighttime noise (location just off Gran Via meant that there were people passing by throughout the night) so we did not have to use earplugs (we needed them in Barcelona). Bed and pillows were comfortable, shower was great as was the small fridge and kettle. Our room met our needs and was a great base for our visit.

Nice little room. There was a kettle in the room which I especially apreciated. Location very central just a few minutes from Gran via on a pedestrian street lined with shops. Restaurants and bars close by.

The accomodation was above my expectations. The location is in the heart of Madrid and we ould walk toward any point from the city. Every single day someone prepared the bads and clean the bathroom. Easy access, everything close, clean, in a nutshell-amazing!

The location was very central. Walking distance to all places you want to see. Very clean. We stayed in the triple room. Everyone had a good sleep, comfortable beds. We met two staff whose names are both Jose. They are very kind and helpful. The first Jose adjusted the room temperature upon our request when we arrived. The second Jose let us leave our bags on the day of departure as our flight was at night. We still had time to go around one last time bags free. 😊😊

Ideal location for walking to many attractions. Great shopping in the immediate area and all types of restaurants from McDonalds to fine dining are nearby. The Metro, bus stops and multiple taxis are short steps away.
